Its been a while since i made an update. life can be so hectic sometimes that even taking 10 min out of my day to post updates can be hard to get to. My training has been going great and my 8 weeks of bulking up has now come to an end. Starting tomorrow I will be back on my contest diet getting ready for the NGA Night of champions Pro. However, I severely strained my lower back today performing deadlifts and am not sure how long it will take to heal. I am having trouble walking and the pain is alot worse than most strains. I will however begin the diet and start training like an animal in a few days after my back has fully recovered. I need to take a few days off anyways to get my body primed for the intense training that will be taking place. Ill be adding cardio back into my routine as well as supersets and x reps. My body has been feeling very fatigued the past few weeks and I think after a few days I will be ready to go.

The show is on Nov. 6th in Nashville, TN. This gives me exactly 12 weeks to diet which is plenty of time for me to get conditioned. My training will go back to a 6 day split with 5 days of cardio and 1 full day of rest. The supplements I will be incorporating into my routine will be: Lipotropic protein, BC+EAA, I-gh-1, Ghenerate, Anadraulic Pump, Anadraulic State, Natadrol, Formadrol, fish oil, and a multi vitamin. This stack is the same stack of LG Products I used earlier this year to obtain my Natural Pro card. I am excited to get back into contest mode and see what I can bring to the stage again this year; this will be my third show of the year. Next year I plan on competing in even more shows including some NPC shows to see where I stand on that level as well.

I have gained about 15 lbs in the past 2 months since winning the NGA World Championships and am hoping that after i cut down I will be 2lbs heavier than I was previously. My competition weight is usually around 170lbs so I have 12 weeks to lose around 13-15 lbs(should be easy this time). My goal is to keep getting better each time I step on stage and to continue to learn more about this great sport. I believe that I have what it takes to be a top ranked Pro but i also know that I have many years before I get there.
